At the moment, Endpoint Management Team is looking for Working Student - IT Support (w/m/d) with a good knowledge in managing Windows laptops, Apple iPhones, and iPads and who is interested in providing 1st level IT Support and technical assistance to our End Users in our Corporate office in Munich. This role involves you to provide Walk-in Support as well as Desk-side technical assistance and troubleshooting issues with Windows, Apple devices and Printers for our local users. You will get to learn about how devices are managed in a Modern Workplace using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Apple Business Manager. You like challenges, are pro-active to find solutions, and surpassing expectations motivates you then this position is for you. What You Will Do

  • You will provide 1st level IT support and technical assistance via ticket system and in person
  • You will troubleshoot hardware (laptops, iPhones, docking stations), software and printer issues
  • You will setup equipment for new employees and complete on/off boarding
  • You will document and hand-over complex incidents to colleagues from different competence teams for 2nd level support
  • You will gain insight into a highly professional device management with standardized infrastructure and security measures in a globally operating company
  • You will setup Laptops with Windows 10/Windows 11 OS and custom settings using Autopilot
  • You will enroll iPhones with the help of Intune and Apple Business Manager

What You Bring

  • Current studies in computer science, IT, or other related fields
  • Ability to install, troubleshoot Windows/iOS/MacOS environments is a bonus
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Flexible and open-minded in dealing with people
  • Knowledge on troubleshooting issues with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office apps
  • A great deal of empathy and willingness to communicate with people at all levels
  • English and German languages at working proficiency (written and spoken)
