Working Student Finance (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and reliable Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Finance team.

Your role and goals:

In your first 3 months you will:

• Gain a good understanding of the Productsup platform and the e-commerce market
• Obtain an overview of our customer and client base around the globe
• Familiarize yourself with our most used tools (i.e. Spendesk, Datev, Travelperk, Expensify, Zuora)
• Assist the team in all accounting-related, administrative work tasks (i.e. filing and documentation, copying etc.)

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Be fully familiar with the Productsup legal entity
• Proactively make suggestions for optimizing and improving our work processes and tools to increase accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
• Be a pro when it comes to our daily used tools
• Work independently in all accounting-related and administrative work tasks
  

What you bring to the team:

• Currently enrolled in a German university program and have the ability to work 16-20h/week for at least the next 12 months
• Based in the Berlin area
• Enrolled in a business-oriented program (preferably with a specialization in a Finance related field)
• A good understanding of the MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and Google Suite
• Open-minded and team-oriented working style with excellent communication skills
• Full working proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• A "get things done" attitude: high level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in a professional work environment (Accounting, Finance or Controlling) is a plus
