About the team

Our rapidly growing Global Customer Success team for Busines Technology Platform (BTP) works with our customers post sales to help drive adoption, consumption, and expansion.

Our Engagement Journey Starts right after the Sales Deal. Following Customer Onboarding, we´re starting a continuous Engagement Process with the customer. Leveraging tools, tactics and value propositions such as Use-Case Adoption Workshops, Innovation Workshops, Customer Reference Blueprints and the Collaboration with Partners. As a global Team, we´re building a Success Framework to Scale for our 3000+ customers.

In 2018, SAP changed gear to really take care of clients subscribed to our products. We announced the creation of the "Customer First" Organization to drive a mindshift within SAP towards Customers Success! The Business Technology Platform Customer Engagement Team has grown exponentially within our Customer Success Organization. Our German Team has been equipped with SAP internal Cloud Platform Experts from various areas, e.g. Pre-Sales, Development and Consulting. The importance of the recurring business keeps growing.

Now we need YOU to setup for success in 2022!


The role

Working closely with the German Customer Success team in the area of event and campaign planning covering following aspects:

  • Define and create valuable agendas
  • Identify and acquire adequate (customer) participants and speakers (product experts as well as references)
  • Plan and conduct events and campaigns
  • Provide assistance and support to both participants as well as speakers prior to campaigns and events
  • Conduct required event and campaign follow up activities


Role requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Information Technology
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Web Applications
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English
  • General understanding of Business Applications, Cloud Computing, PaaS and SaaS
  • Soft skills: good communication skills, team player, creative, autonomous, persistent


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
