About the Position

Our Venture Developers are deeply involved in our innovation projects and deliver innovation on a high level of quality. They work very closely with our Venture Partners to develop new strategies and ventures with a consumer centric approach.

As a Venture Developer you are part of a colourful team of Venture Developers with different backgrounds and deeply involved in single projects. Learning how to take over team responsibility and tasks in project management are key assets to this position.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Project Management
  • Knowledge of Ideation Frameworks
  • Experience within management consulting and/or start-ups
  • Ability to co with clients
  • Basic analytical skills
  • A preservant and proactive mindset are highly welcome
  • German at native speaker level, very good knowledge of English

  • Identify new market trends and technologies
  • Identify and validate new business ideas
  • Conception and market access strategy of new businesses
  • Ensures the quality of the product
  • Ensures customer satisfaction
