Deine Aufgaben

Being a UI/UX Designer at Circula, means being responsible and having ownership of the final look and feel of Circula‘s applications by executing everything from conception to final hand-off to our engineering team. Therefore, in this role you will:

• Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams when conceptualising new features.
• Bring your knowledge about personas, user journeys and flows, usability, best practises and easy navigation to create a great UX.
• Work with existing components, libraries, patterns and design systems to ensure a common look-and-feel across all areas of the application. But also provide the skill of enhancing these when necessary (e.g. when creating new icons, shapes, animations, transitions, (potentially) sounds).
• Deliver actionable designs: journey maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for all our platforms (web/desktop, iOS, Android).
• Be willing to learn about the world of accounting, bringing fresh ideas to the field, but respecting some of the already existing approaches that continue to rule the industry.

Anforderungen

• You have at least 3 years of work experience in the whole UX/UI design process with a good portfolio of works that demonstrate your experience creating successful cross-platforms designs.
• You have experience working with modern design tools like Sketch or Figma - we are currently working with Figma.
• You understand the technical implications your design decisions can have.
• Your English is fluent, German is a plus.
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3
