Build38 is a cyber security start up that takes care of securing mobile apps. We enable all sorts of solution providers (from car manufactures to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers) to deliver their mobile use cases in a secure manner. We already protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security solution in the market.

Build38 is an international company, with the Head Quarters in Munich, a Sales office in Singapore and the tech hub in Barcelona.

To expand our team, we are looking for a (Junior) Technical Sales Specialist Mobile Security (m/f/d)who will expand our market position and explore new worlds for us. You will collaborate with cross functioning, highly skilled team in a fast-moving environment.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

- Active participation in our account growth strategy and customer support.

- Support of acquisition of technical projects in the field of secure mobile apps and security as a service.

- Implementation of product presentations, product roadmap updates and training at the customer’s site and assumption of the expert role as contact person for product questions.

- Building relationships with key technical decision makers of potential and existing customers.

- Support of projects in the initialization phase in order to reach milestones in good time and, if necessary, to identify problems.

- Monitoring of important market trends and intensive exchange between the individual sales and technical teams.

- Analysis, reporting and documentation tasks.

- International travel.

You should have:

- Successfully completed technical studies (i.e., computer science) or comparable qualification.

- Experience in product development, processes, and tools.

- Technical know-how and passion for the development and security requirements of mobile apps.

- Entrepreneurial personality and a strong and fast comprehension for a good understanding of the customer.

- Planning and organizational skills, strong social competence, and an eye for the essentials.

- The ability to read between the lines what our customers need and reproduce it professionally.

- The enthusiasm to achieve defined corporate goals.

- Confident and balanced appearance in demanding customer appointments.

- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English.

- Willingness to travel and work with different cultures.

- Ideally:

§ Professional experience in consulting sales solutions in the areas of software, security, and managed services.

§ Regulatory know-how, especially in the areas of eIDAS, e-health, etc.

§ Practical experience in technical project management.
