Team Member Groundfloor (all genders)

What you’ll do

You don’t need previous hotel experience as a Groundfloor team member (reception/service/bar/kitchen) to join us in this role. It’s all about what you can bring as a person.

  • Your smile reflects our Premier Inn service promise.
  • You have a passion and natural flair for delivering an outstanding level of customer service and dealing with a wide variety of people.
  • You deal with enquiries, bookings and bills.
  • You support your team in all areas.

The skills you have

  • You are service-oriented and have a charming personality.
  • Ideally you already have practical experience in the hotel industry.
  • You enjoy working in a team, and your colleagues and superiors can rely fully on your support.
  • You have a friendly manner, are communicative and remain calm under pressure.
  • You confidently use conventional MS Office applications, especially Outlook.
  • You are fluent in English and preferably have intermediate German skills (right to work in the EU mandatory).
