What We Are Looking For

  • Responsibility for the implementation and realization of functional safety in the project
  • Creation of functional and technical safety concepts (FSC and TSC)
  • Elaboration of test specifications
  • Derivation of assembly specifications
  • Preparation and execution of subsystem analyses (e.g. FMEA, FMEDA, FMECA)
  • Moderation and coordination with specialist departments and customers
  • Presentation of results to the responsible persons of the organization (e.g. development and system safety management)
  • Maintenance, further development and communication of functional safety processes and methods

What Qualifications You Should Have

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, natural sciences or similar
  • Professional experience in the sought-after field of activity
  • Industry knowledge in the military sector or from the automotive sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic standards and guidelines for system safety, in particular IEC 61508 or its derivatives
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong communication and moderation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
