What we expect from you

• Education: You have successfully completed your master’s degree in economics, preferably in the field of industrial engineering. Ideally, you have already acquired in-depth expertise in supply chain management and quality management as part of your studies.
• Experience and knowledge:You have first experience in supply chain management and have a keen interest in developing further in this area. In addition, you bring expertise in quality management and quality assurance and have technical understanding in the field of production engineering. Secure IT skills as well as knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering are desirable. First management experience is also welcome, but not a prerequisite.
• Personal strengths:As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you are a team player and customer-oriented with strong communication skills and problem-solving competence. You are characterized by your high level of initiative as well as your independent and careful way of working. You have full professional proficiency in German and English.

What you can expect

• You help to shape our future:As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for quality management and quality assurance in both product development and production. In addition, you will be actively involved in the development of new supply chains. You will also be responsible for coordinating suppliers, purchasing and our own production.
• Your exciting tasks:You will support us in analyzing existing workflows within the value chain. In addition, you will develop innovative strategies for process optimization. You will also take over the support of logistics processes all the way to the end customer. In doing so, you will act as a reliable contact person for our suppliers, service providers and customers. In the future, you will have the opportunity to take on management responsibility.
