For our Global Supply Chain team, we are looking for a Supply Chain Logistics Finance Manager (m/f/d).

What are your major duties?

• Develop, maintain and improve financial reporting and forecasting structure for In-Market Logistics costs to enable business improvements and enable transparent performance management
• Manage relationships with the key End to End Supply Chain stakeholders, mainy Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Business Partners and Finance contacts in different functions to deliver sustainable value
• Provide insight and analysis for the major costs deviations and identify risks in In-market Logistics cost base. Identify and drive Supply Chain & Logistics initiatives that will deliver value to both market and Supply Chain organization
• Be the go-to contact for cases that would involve analysing and interpreting different Supply Chain & Logistics metrics and KPIs in addition to supporting root cause analysis to provide solutions
• Taking active role in building dashboards, metrics that would help the business identify cost optimization opportunities for In-market Logistics costs
• Drive initiatives aiming at reducing Finished Goods and Working Capital
• Take active role in Business Planning for In-market Logistics area
• Support decision making in matters involving In-market Supply / Logistics

Who are you?

• You have experience in working with the Supply Chain Finance functions of an FMCG or similar Consumer Goods companies
• High level of curiosity and business acumen especially on the area of Supply Chain & Logistics
• Good understanding of Finance and operational Supply Chain systems
• You have experience utilizing planning tools and ERP systems similar to APO (desirable)
• Affinity with the tools similar to Power BI (desirable)
• Self-starter and ability to solve complex projects that involves large amount or raw data
• Ability to work well with all levels of stakeholders in the company and effectively communicates ideas
• A desire to change and improve processes and ways of working in a significant level
• Ability to effectively explain complex subjects to non-finance audiences
• Fluency in English
