Are you a (junior) student, curious and want to learn? We are looking for a team player with good communication skills who supports us in maintaining a software which is JIRA based. The stakeholders are the application engineering community, account teams and IT. The tasks are manifold and include among other things the handling of support cases, testing features as well as analyzing data and documenting to improve our service. You will network with our worldwide technical community at the forefront of customer support providing a state-of-the-art service, embedded in the global support. Curious? Then apply now!
In your new role you will:
  • Support the application engineering team in the usage of the software
  • Createsoftware documentationfor internal users and customers
  • Create thenewsletterfor the community
  • Createmicrolearnings
  • Update thedocumentation
  • Executedata analysis
  • Monitor of / coordinate withexternal service provider
  • Developconceptsand help to prioritizebusiness requirements

You are best equipped for this task if you:
  • Are currently studying Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Scienceor a related subject
  • Already gained knowledge of databases and ticketing systemsuch as JIRA (or similar)
  • Are a fast learnerand adapt yourself quickly
  • Are interested in software development and verification
  • Are ateam playerwith good communication skills, creative, reliable and meticulousin your daily work
  • Show a good command of English(German being a plus)
  • Are interested in along-term collaboration
