Your responsibilities

• Calculate standardized and structured trading transactions for power, negotiate and conclude with German and international counterparties
• Push our bilateral OTC business
• Analyse and optimise our sales and trading strategies against the background of changing portfolio and market situations
• Further develop our pricing methods and margin steering
• Support the development and expansion of our digital trading solutions
• Work on internal interfaces, accompany internal IT projects and the development of new products and market channels
• Steer our business via the digital market channels

Your profile

• University degree with an economical / technical / mathematical background or at least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
• Extensive knowledge of the European energy markets and practical experience in wholesale or trading
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of mathematics
• Advanced IT skills, experience in MS Excel, VBA-Programming, MS Access or MS PowerBI are advantageous
• Commercial thinking and high degree of initiative
• High level of commitment and team spirit
• Good communication skills in German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2) for the daily exchange with our customers and trading partners
