Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is offering a complete range of innovative high-quality Antenna and Antenna Line Devices (ALD) as an integral part of Ericsson Radio Systems. We are now looking for a committed Strategic Product Manager in Rosenheim, Germany, to join our Product Management Inhouse team at EAS. In this role you manage antennas and antenna products from the strategy definition until end of life. Our products should exceed customer expectations and maximize benefits, considering dependencies and prioritizations within Ericsson.
This position reports to the Head of Product Management Inhouse Antennas & ALDs and is actively encouraging a close collaboration with partners from R&D, Sales and related Product Management functions in a cross-functional international environment.


What you will do

  • Manage the antenna portfolio as well as drive competence and business readiness
  • Work closely with R&D to define the solution, plan, develop and define the go-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with sales organizations to identify key customer requirements and convert them into product specifications, aligned with our strategy
  • Support and market portfolio sales and solution
  • Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle management of your assigned products
  • Develop competence and knowledge sharing about our solutions and products


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: Master Degree in Telecommunication or RF Engineering
  • Domain experience: Radio Access Network, mobile communications, antennas, 4G, 5G, RF, network performance
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-driven, deciding and initiating action, planning, organizing, coordinating abilities
  • Capable of coping with pressure, setbacks and uncertainties
  • Sound knowledge of product management
  • Genuine interest in/knowledge of business management


It will be a plus if

  • You have a background as a Product Manager or Product Owner, or have other relevant positions in Product Management or Product Development
  • You have sound experience in antenna and/or radio products in product management, development, research or sales
  • You have an understanding of antenna market landscape and are aware of competitor trends
  • You have worked in various mobile operators in services involving antennas such as roll outs, planning, modernization, swaps or optimization projects
  • You already live in Rosenheim (Germany) or would be opened to relocate in case your current time zone is not compatible with CET (UTC+1)
