Position Purpose

The purpose of the Strategic HR Projects and DEI, Specialist is to support our Human Resources Strategy and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy within the European Region.

The Strategic HR Projects and DEI, Specialist partners with the extended HR Community, Managers and Employees across EU to provide timely and accurate support ensuring that projects and initiatives are correctly cascaded.

Major / Key Accountabilities

  • Support and actively participate to deploy the EU HR Projects with an employee centric approach and digital delivery mindset.
  • Benchmark internally and externally over HR Topics, that includes HR Trends, Digital HR, DEI.
  • Participate in Change Management projects leveraging the use of new technologies and data-based decision making.
  • Support over General and by Request Data Visualization and Data Analysis the HR EU Team.
  • Extensively work on the Company Engagement Survey feedback supporting the HR EU over Data Analysis and Visualization.
  • Top Employer Ownership and country support for EU.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) based on emerging needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the regional DEI council and communications teams to support innovative and engaging ways to bring the DEI strategy to life.
  • Support and help to measure the regional Accessibility goals.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of global and regional policies and process changes to embed equity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Business Administration, Work Sciences or Psychology.
  • Desirable: Project Management qualification, Digital HR qualification, Diversity Equity and Inclusion qualification.

Experience

  • 3+ years related experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience of HR Systems, Workday and GLINT preferable.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization experience (Excellent use of Excel and Power Point).
