Job Overview

Within Netskope Engineering, the IaaS team is responsible for building CSPM that gives enterprises visibility, compliance for critical workloads and DLP / Malware protection for critical data running in public cloud infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. We are currently looking for talented software engineers to join our team. As a member of the IaaS team, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative and scalable systems to protect the exponentially increasing amount of enterprise data and services being deployed in the public cloud.

Job Responsibilities
  • Take ownership to deliver high quality cloud services with the right SLA’s and metrics to track the success of the product.
  • Write high-quality test plans and code to execute complex tests on a distributed system reporting metrics
  • Design and Develop new test solutions for black box end to end tests, white box functional tests, scale , load , stress tests and security efficacy
  • Own test deliverables for the product release schedule
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other test engineers, developers, product management, and support teams to meet customer requirements while driving engineering excellence
  • Build CI/CD based software development model with ownership of Spinnaker bases Continuous deployment pipeline for Kubernetes and operating/monitoring the service in production.
  • Write tests for softwares using technologies and cloud services like Kubernetes, Docker, SQS , Kafka, Pulsar, Redis, Clickhouse, Mongo, RDF, SPARQL
  • Work with Product Management to understand and improve product requirements
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in cloud computing and incorporate relevant learnings to both product features and product architecture.
Preferred Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology

Preferred Technical Skills
  • 10 - 15 years of software development experience with enterprise-grade software.
  • Must have experience building test automation frameworks and tests for multi tenant cloud services
  • In Depth experience in AWS and Azure or Google cloud APIs is mandatory
  • Experience working with docker and kubernetes
  • Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Clickhouse, RDF, Graph DB, SPARQL etc.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, SQS
  • Must have expertise in REST APIs
  • Experience in cloud object stores: S3, Cloud Storage, Blobs, etc.
  • Open source committer in related areas
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work geo distributed cross functional group
  • Demonstrated ability to build test frameworks from scratch using modern open source technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver projects independently
  • Demonstrated ability of technical mentoring and coaching
