Company Description:
A Financial Services company in Germany are looking to hire a Staff Data Analyst who will work with different teams in the company to provide them with analytical knowledge in order to make clear-cut business decisions. You will be part of one of the most exciting FinTech companies in Europe and a team full of highly-skilled professionals, dedicated to making everyday financial transactions and tasks more streamlined. You will have a strong part to play in the direction of the company.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work cross functionally with different departments like Performance Marketing, CRM, Branding etc.
  • You will use your advanced analytical knowledge and know-how to optimize the company’s performance on all different levels, e.g. Marketing, ROI, conversion rates etc.
  • Help different teams to understand customer behaviours in more detail
  • Ensure data is always up-to-date and deliver insights to other stakeholders through intuitive static and interactive visualizations
Your Qualifications
  • At least 4 to 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a Digital Marketing setting
  • Expert knowledge of SQL with programming experience a big plus. Strong knowledge using R/Python highly desirable too.
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes, reporting, testing and forecasting
  • The exceptional ability to understand data on a different level and to use it to solve business problems that haven’t necessarily risen yet
