仕事内容

  • Define, develop and execute a high quality, innovative and inspirational marketing strategy for Snipes & Deichmann Group thinking out of the box
  • Lead a long term planning approach, defining the relevant marketing tactics for each moment in time
  • Deliver & implement target group relevant marketing campaigns in line with the global marketing direction in alignment with Teamhead Trade & Digital Marketing
  • Develop each steps of the full funnel marketing approach
  • Successfully implement & manage relevant Offline & Online marketing mix
  • Analyse and continuously develop and improve the shopper experience for PUMA products on customer’s digital platforms based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Report against and continuously optimize relevant KPI’s
  • Close collaboration with all internal & external stakeholders to deliver on time marketing campaigns, such as sales, merchandising, marketing activation or production.
  • Closely monitor new marketing trends delivering innovative campaigns at all times
  • Prepare and present seasonal Sell-in marketing campaigns in line with the global direction
  • Plan and monitor budget
  • Independently lead assigned tasks/ projects
  • Work with and keep all relevant internal stakeholders informed and excited at all times.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing and/or relevant field of study
  • 5 years of experience in trade marketing or similar field
  • Experience in the areas of digital trade marketing (e-commerce, social media, digital forms of advertising and advertising media Passion and knowledge of the sports, fashion and sportstyle/lifestyle industry
  • High affinity to fashion/lifestyle as well as knowledge of the respective markets
  • Love for digital trends and ability to adapt those trends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands on and solution oriented
  • Fluent in English a must proficiency in German is beneficial.
