YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a (Senior) Test Automation Engineer, you’ll work on our based banking system that manages loans and investments, processes payments, handles transaction volumes of millions of Euros and communicates with various internal and external APIs. Together with our product managers, developers and other team members, you will be responsible for the following tasks: * Development and maintenance of an automation framework on JavaScript

• Design, implementation and maintenance of end-to-end UI automation scripts using Cypress
• Designing, implementing and maintaining integration automation scripts for API using REST-assured
• Maintenance of existing test scenarios, analysis and provision of appropriate test coverage for the system
• Supporting and providing the best practices of the BDD
• Identification of risks before starting major projects, proposing patterns and frameworks to use in the automation
• Taking on additional leading responsibilities for driving an initiative to completion, collaborating with product managers and developers

YOUR PROFILE

• Tested two or more commercial applications and created automation for them using Cypress framework
• Well versed in JavaScript and high interest in language development
• Familiar with Java
• Knowledge of database technologies
• Familiar with webdriver.io and REST-assured
• Experience in working with CI/CD and maintaining testing pipelines
• Strong understanding of testing design patterns and ability to apply them. Knowledge to choose and apply better suitable to a project (Page objects, screenplay, presenter first, etc.)
• Experience in creating test frameworks for distributed systems
