Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You develop the product roadmap and align a digital strategy for the product portfolio of our innovation hub SkillSphere
  • In a global, diverse team you work closely with senior management, product management, and engineers to deliver highly-scalable and robust software products. At the same time, you interact with external partners, including hospitals and health systems
  • You develop detailed business requirements that can be used to craft product specifications and design
  • You anticipate bottlenecks across product development portfolio, manage prioritization and trade-offs for owned work-streams, balancing customer experience, with technical constraints and time to market
  • You will create and track metrics to define the success of your services and build data-backed cases for your decisions
  • You drive projects, product and feature launches with teams inside and outside Siemens Healthineers

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have an academic degree in computer science, engineering or comparable
  • You convince us with long-term experience as a Product Manager or Consultant and have very profound product management experience in technology focused business
  • You bring prior profit & loss ownership for a product or service
  • You have in-depth experience delivering software products and features using agile methodologies and are familiar with large scale e-commerce platforms including systems involving complex business logic
  • Ideally, you have a convincing, comprehensive understanding of the administrative processes as well as the business and operating models of healthcare providers

Your attributes and skills:

  • You can work effectively in an interdisciplinary and multicultural team environment. Thus, you speak English fluently; German language skills are an advantage
  • You have excellent communication and the ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems to deliver the best experience for millions of customers
  • You score with your ability to lead multiple, opposing priorities simultaneously and to align different stakeholders towards a common goal
