(Senior) Talent Development Manager (m/f/d)

Then you should join our people and culture team as (Senior) Talent Development Manager (m/f/d) to help our High Potentials globally develop. Reporting to the Director People Development and Cultureyou will be responsible for driving all Talent Management related aspects in SIXT Headquarters, Service Center and Operations to ensure the development and placement of our High Potentials.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• You design and implement global high potential journeys for senior, middle and junior talents in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from the Business and HR
• You act as a global Talent Broker by designing and executing processes that ensure the active placement of high potential employees
• You will be responsible for our internal talent pool and act as an internal consultant for finding best possible career and development opportunities for individual talents
• You define KPIs for all talent management related topics and steer them with high ambition
• You ensure interlinkage of talent management products and processes to other relevant HR products and processes, including global initiatives and support HR country teams in the local execution of global processes and tools as a subject-matter expert

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You have several years of experience in Talent Management and successfully implemented related projects and processes
• You have a proven record of developing and placing Talents within the company on a global scale
• You are able to strive in a fast-paced environment utilizing your analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
• You have strong communication and influencing skills and a result-orientated work style
• You have proven that you can think creatively when developing new approaches and solutions in complex environments
• You are fluent in German and English both spoken and written
