Your Role and Responsibilities

Supports both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients, has broad experience and knowledge. Must understand large and complex services engagements in their area of expertise, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client’s industry. Establishes strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of IBM used in the delivery of complex services. Identifies new business opportunities, creatively participates in the development and sales of solutions, and assist IBM in winning the business. When not participating in sales activities such as new business development or bid and proposal activity, supports and leads billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities. Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business. Supports both the development of new Application Development & Innovation (ADM Innovation) business opportunities and the delivery of ADM Innovation services to clients. Develops strategy for assigned ADM Innovation accounts & participates in the development of overall strategy. Responsible for overall performance for assigned ADM Innovation accounts and for servicing and selling ADM Innovation solutions in other accounts/Industries/Services.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Sie haben Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams ggf. der Personalverantwortung.
• Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung als technischer Consultant oder Architekt im Bereich von GBS HCM Services, oder weisen eine mehrjährige Erfahrung als Technical Solution Manager (TSM) in einem ähnlichen Bereich auf. Sie sind mit den wesentlichen Methoden und Tools der Lösungs- und Serviceentwicklung in Angebotsprozessen vertraut.
• Sie überzeugen Kunden und intern durch Ihr kompetentes Auftreten und Ihre Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte und Anforderungen zu analysieren, strukturiert darzustellen und in der Sprache des Kunden zu formulieren.
• Ihre Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind exzellent in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2 in Englisch und Deutsch)

• Sie sind in der Lage, durch geeignete Kommunikation, Koordination und ihre Führungskompetenz ein komplexes Problem zusammen mit verschieden Partnern zu analysieren, einvernehmlich zu lösen und als Angebot aufzubereiten. Dabei agieren Sie immer Kundenorientiert und bringen ein hohes Maß an persönlicher Motivation und Flexibilität mit.
