Team mission

As the Supply team, our mission is to provide the Modern Explorer with unrivaled access to global experiences with the best selection, availability, price, and quality. Through the Principal Model, we enable GYG to unlock the most demanded experiences for customers and do so in the most profitable way possible.

You will:

• Work towards increasing the profitability of the business
• Create and refine the roadmap as per changing scenarios and priorities of the business
• Define and execute projects to set up and refine operational processes
• Manage cross-functional projects with key stakeholders and partners across the business
• Collaborate closely with regional Sales teams to drive execution and impact, leveraging their local knowledge and understanding their needs
• Perform data analyses to identify and execute opportunities by engaging senior level stakeholders
• Be an expert on the Principal Model and a HQ point of contact for all stakeholders

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or 4+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy or Marketing in a high performance environment, ideally in a marketplace or SaaS company
• A self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, nothing holds you back from executing on a project with a test and learn mindset
• Analytical and excel at breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones
• Not intimidated by data, and use it to facilitate your work using tools such as Excel, Looker, Power BI
• Able to proactively deal with high ambiguity, and don’t need to be told what to do, and how to do it
• Excel at managing cross-team projects and getting multiple stakeholders on the same page, creating engagement and efficient processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
