As a Product Lead (m/w/d) you will be responsible for shaping and bringing our product roadmap to live. You will lead our product team and be the primary person being responsible for bringing our vision to live. Join our team to create the technology that will change how construction sites operate and bring the digital century to a unique sector.

Tasks

  • shape and improve our agile product development process
  • define and own kopplas roadmap
  • lead and manage the product team
  • talk to customers to figure out about their biggest pain points to help us prioritize the steps ahead of us
  • work closely with the leadership, sales and marketing to develop and test the most valuable hypotheses
  • work closely with our developers and designers to bring our vision to life
Requirements

  • you have experience as a product manager for a technical product with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products or platforms
  • you have worked in a B2B startup before and know how it is
  • you have experience leading a cross-functional team, you can inspire motivate and build relationships
  • you are an entrepreneurial thinker, self-motivated and outcome orientated
  • strong analytical mindset to develop, test and evaluate hypothesis
  • you speak and write german, to communicate with our customers, and english, to communicate with your fellow teammates, fluently
  • experience in the construction sector is an asset, but no must-have
