You will join the Global Product Management team, where we are responsible for creating impactful product solutions – from hearing aids to chargers and other accessories. Our mission is to define wonderful sound for all, and to enable people to keep in touch with family and friends.

You will be responsible for defining hearing aid solutions across our different product brands, channels, and price segments, balancing the need for differentiation, platform and component synergies.

This entails defining commercial requirements based on user needs and market demands while driving product scope and business objectives in close collaboration with key stakeholders in R&D, Marketing and Sales.

Ensuring alignment with our overall brand and portfolio strategy, you will drive the commercial success of a product by:

• defining commercial requirements and calculating business cases
• supporting the execution of product development projects in close collaboration with R&D
• ensuring product readiness and deliverables of all solution components as part of the development and release process
• supporting the marketing communication in close collaboration with our brand teams
• participating in market research tests to drive user centric solutions
• becoming a hearing solution specialist, customer and consumer advocate and go-to-person for a solution category

You are an impactful International Product Manager, with documented success in product launches including “classic” product management tasks such as developing commercial requirements, steering multiple disciplinary teams and creating value propositions.

To thrive in this position, you should combine technical and commercial perspectives. You understand how to drive the process to define solutions in close collaboration with other teams. Moreover, you have in your portfolio:

• 5+ years of experience in product management and/or strategic sales in an international environment, preferably in the medical and technical area
• You feel passioned to make an impact and to drive the best product solution in collaboration with all parts of the organization
• a master’s degree in Marketing or Economics, and/or a technical degree with commercial experience
• Great communication and presentation skills, and you speak and write English fluently
• You have a strong commercial mindset and work independently
• You are result-oriented with focused to our mission and business
• You have a natural flair for operating with different stakeholders
• Overall...you are inspired by our company’s mission to improve people’s quality of life
