To support our Supply Chain team, we are currently looking for a talented individual, who is motivated to structure and shape our procurement processes and activities.

  • Your main responsibility as Senior Procurement Manager (m/f/d) is to lift our inveox Procurement function to the next level, in terms of strategic and operational dimensions
  • You take over the functional guidance, like a mentor, of our Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) and you are responsible for the optimization of our internal service levels
  • You build up a preferred supplier base and set new frameworks for users
  • You negotiate with suppliers and establish the framework for future and current contracts
  • You cluster existing supplier landscape to detect and erase overlaps and inefficiencies
  • You are responsible for our supplier rating in compliance with regulatory standards and deriving measurements
  • You establish relevant measurements for our Procurement Controlling and ensure regular follow-ups
  • You take over the writing and updating of function relevant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) to ensure up-to-date process documentation
  • You are responsible for on-time delivery and ensuring cost efficiency and quality
Requirements
  • You have several years of profound work experience in Procurement, preferably in Medtech industry
  • You are open to provide technical guidance to our Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) and play a role as a mentor

  • You are interested in logistics, inventory planning & stock management
  • You have high attention to detail and the proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with result-oriented and performance focus
  • You are highly motivated & enthusiastic for building a business and you love to take ownership and set yourself ambitious goals
  • You have strong analytical skills and love to solve problems
  • You have excellent communication skills combined with a cross-functional mindset
  • You are fluent in English and German (both C1 or better)
