For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a

Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) Employer Branding

Your new job includes

Along the global candidate journey, you will bring our employer brand to life and implement strategic projects and measures to make Gebr. Heineman even better known as an attractive employer. In particular, you will:
  • further develop our internal and external employer branding as well as brand management in order to further sharpen our image and our brand essence both nationally and internationally
  • develop target group-specific marketing concepts for the national market as well as for our locations worldwide
  • initiate forward-looking online and offline measures and break new ground in the process
  • drive projects forward and keep an eye on trends in order to derive and implement measures from them
  • analyze and optimize the performance of the advertising measures taken
  • manage external agencies and service providers

What you should bring along

  • a degree with a focus on human resources management, human resources marketing or related fields as well as several years of practical experience in national and international employer branding in larger corporate structures
  • experience in building and developing an employer brand as well as global brand management
  • ideally, a sound further training in employer branding, e.g. as DEBA Employer Brand Manager
  • strong communication skills, social competence and a high level of empathy as a team player
  • a good sense for the impact of editorial contributions, language and visuals
  • very good German and English language skills and the ability to communicate clearly, openly and convincingly
  • a strategic, structured way of thinking and working coupled with a hands-on mentality in the operational business in order to be able to realize the best results
