(Senior) Finance IT Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Leading global projects to digitize financial processes in the fast-changing lifestyle industry

  • Helping create the Finance IT roadmap for the implementation of new financial systems

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end processes with a high degree of automation and standardization to increase efficiency and ensure compliance

  • Partner with finance team to manage the rollout of additional functionalities and modules of our SAP R3 and future S/4 HANA system as well as other financial reporting systems and its interface-based integration into the existing IT landscape

  • Responsible for complete project life-cycle: from initiation to successful implementation and aftercare

  • Handling global IT system issues in relation to Finance and ad-hoc crises together with the IT team

  • Understanding interdependencies between finance, controlling and technology as the key interface and key contributor between the Finance and the IT team as well other interdisciplinary teams


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in information technology (IT) or business administration with a strong focus on IT or comparable training

  • Experience in (IT) project management in particular Finance knowledge with analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Professional experience in the design and implementation of processes in accounting and/or controlling

  • Advanced in MS Office, Project, Visio, Teams, SAP R/3, S/4;

  • Experience collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Teams) would be beneficial

  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken

  • You have strong communication skills, are highly motivated to design processes and are able to manage complex projects

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, very good presentation skills and good stakeholder management skills.
