Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Digital Services

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you are responsible to grow our Digital Services Business in a scalable way by developing existing and new market segments together with other relevant stakeholders in the regions. Supporting sales organizations globally by selecting potential customers, creating relationships, winning new opportunities and converting to sales.

Aufgaben
  • Strategically develop KUKA Digital Services business in the relevant target industries like Automotive and General Industry
  • Shape, develop and implement Digital Services global business strategy including regional organizations, strategic partners and end customers/integrators
  • Develop and setup buiness plans to capitalize on existing and new market potentials and derive region specific go-to market strategies for KUKA Digital Services product offerings e.g. simulation and IIoT offerings
  • Provide relevant customer insights and feedback in order to enhance KUKA Digital Services portfolio strategy in close collaboration with Portfolio Management
  • Actively participate in the execution of the go-to market plans by driving activities, defining and establishing a reporting structure to ensure achievement of targets
  • Prepare strategic presentations and sales materials in cooperation with Marketing
  • Pilot new business offerings and business models with lead customers globally
  • Inspire customers and share Digital Services knowledge within global KUKA organization
Profil
  • University degree in engineering, information technology or business engineering
  • At least 5 years higher level professional experience in business development or sales in automation or industrial robotics
  • Profound experience with IIoT, digitization and business innovation in context of manufacturing with a proven track record increasing growth
  • High degree of market and customer orientation
  • Good negotiation skills, assertiveness and implementation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytic and didactic skills
  • Flexibility, innovate and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Perfect written and spoken English skills, further languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
