Location: For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the UK or Germany.

About the opportunity:

Sr. Learning Consultants (HCM Trainers) are responsible for certifying on and then delivering Dayforce training to customers, partners, and internal employees. Sr. Learning Consultants deliver classes both virtually and in-person to European and global audiences. Sr. Learning Consultants will also assist with course development and other education-related activities as assigned. They operate in a dynamic environment with regular introductions of new product functionality; so, training and consulting skills as well as agility are a must.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Learn and become an expert of Dayforce HCM functionality including security, reporting, HR, Payroll and other topics.
  • Deliver Dayforce end-to-end training on-site at a customer location, virtually, or at a Dayforce training facility.
  • Stay current on Dayforce product functionality.
  • Effectively consult and collaborate with customers and internal teams to prescribe and deliver training on needed topics.
  • Work closely with customers or internal team members to tailor or customize course content as needed.
  • Demonstrate agility and excellent time and project management skills to achieve successful training outcomes.

Skills and experience we value:

  • Must be fluent in both English and German and have experience delivering training in both languages.
  • 3+ years’ experience delivering training, preferably on HCM software or other software system.
  • Familiarity with Dayforce product line and/or experience working with HCM/T&A/Payroll or ERP applications.
  • Experience using MS Office and web collaboration tools, including WebEx, Zoom and/or LMS platforms.
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn and communicate new concepts effectively.
  • Ability to travel, up to 35%, as required, to customer and internal locations across Europe.

What would make you really stand out:

  • Previous experience using or implementing HCM software is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of clients’ business environments/needs and how to capture/relay information to consult with them regarding their training needs required.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; previous training experience delivering both virtual and in-person training highly preferred.
