Senior Analog Designer (m/f/d)

Your assignment:
- Technical responsibility for development of Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) products for automotive, from concept, through design, verification, silicon evaluation, characterization, qualification to production support
- Technical Authority, provides technical guidance, evaluates options, consolidates technical choices and drives the overall development of IC products
- Ownership of the top-level IC and system design, with clear partitioning (IC analog, digital) and IP-based structuring of the design database
- Circuit development at top, IP and block level with a focus on analog and mixed-signal components in high-voltage CMOS technologies
- Use of state-of-the-art design methodologies
- Ensuring the quality of the development through reviews in all development phases
- Technical guidance, support and training of design and layout engineers / co-workers and measurement technicians
Your Profile:
- Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics with focus on semiconductors or microelectronics
- Several years of professional experience in analog circuit design and concept
- Experience in managing or co-managing of projects
- Assertive, performance-oriented but also team-capable personality
- Design experience and deep detailed understanding of analog and mixed-signal components/IPs (bandgaps, amplifiers, LDOs, charge pumps, temperature sensors, ADCs, DACs, analog filters) incl. ESD / EMC and Latch-Up topics
- Experience of all development phases from concept, design, verification, evaluation, characterization, qualification and production support
- In-depth knowledge of development methods and CAD tools as well as evaluation
- Experience in the organization and moderation of design reviews and tape-outs including the necessary sign-off formalities
- Knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies
- Good verbal and written English skills
Preferred Experience & Background:
- Experience in automotive electronics and safety requirements (ASIL)
- Experience in the field of magnetic field sensor technology
- Experience with high-voltage processes such as HV-CMOS, BCD incl. NVMEM
- Experience with production test flow
- Good knowledge of German language
