Your Role As Sales Development Representative (f/m/d), you will approach customers first, identify their problems and convince them of our solutions and products. Consequently you play an instrumental role in building a strong pipeline and thus enabling our sales team to deliver on our ambitious growth targets.
You will
- Win new business through a variety of prospecting opportunities to ensure the growth of our customer portfolio
- Support our Field Sales Managers in maturing leads and the overall customer pipeline
- Help our customers to achieve their success through your daily business
- Act as the first contact person and the business card of Forto
- Strategize our Go To Market strategy and constantly find new ways to drive Forto’s business forward
- 1+ years experience in the freight forwarding / logistics industry - preferably from a customer facing role
- You feel comfortable in customer meetings
- You are able to captivate people through outstanding communication skills
- An analytical mindset and have the drive to continuously improve and develop yourself
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Dutch & English
