Job Summary:

We are now looking for an RF Developer for our antenna development area. Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.


Tasks:

  • Perform RF and PIM measurements with state-of-the-art equipment
  • Set up and drive Design and Verification methods for Advanced Antenna Systems
  • Presenting your results within the development team and committees
  • Teamwork in cross functional development teams
  • You will drive strategic technical leadership
  • Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
  • Develop and test high quality products
  • Perform trouble shooting and customer support
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Develop competence in technical domain


Key Qualifications:

  • University or advanced technical college degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience in RF and Antenna Technology and Design is particularly advantageous
  • Good understanding of cellular radio networks and knowledge in radio and RF antenna technologies, products, and related standards
  • Basic/Extended knowledge of Antenna technology within one or more key disciplines (RF design, component design, radiator design, PIM, RF measurement technology)
  • Basic knowledge of PIM / EMC design and measurements is desirable
  • Experience with 2D and 3D EM Simulation tools (CST, HFSS, AWR, ADS)
  • Knowledge of MATLAB, Python, C++, C#
  • Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Capability to work autonomously and well-structured
  • The reliability and devotion for working in an international team environment
  • Self-reliance and motivation are key skills
  • Professional communication skills in English
  • Basic German language skills
