Reporting Analyst Operational Excellence (all gender)

Purpose of Role

We are hiring a talented "Reporting Analyst" to join our team. This entry-level position requires a basic understanding of numbers for non-financial KPIs used for sustainability and plant performance reporting. This role is expected to develop competency by performing structured work assignments. They use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems and receive instruction, guidance and direction from others. Furthermore, it requires strong analytical skills and a passion for ingesting large and diverse data sets to analyze and produce insightful reports that simplify decision-making.

This role is temporarily limited to 18 month - fixed term contract - with the possibility of extension.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintenance, further development and documentation of automated reporting for non-financial KPIs used for sustainability and plant performance reporting
• Implementation of enhancements to scorecard and database structure for relevant KPIs for sustainability and plant performance reporting
• Regular updates and testing of the reporting system
• Analysis of KPIs (performance, data quality and quantity) and validation of reported improvements
• Follow-up with users from across the organization for improving reporting and handling of user issues
• Coordination of user requirements for further development of the reporting infrastructure
• Support end-user training regarding the specific use of systems or templates, if necessary

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems or a related field
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of at least one additional language is desirable
• Have at least advanced knowledge in minimum one of the following areas: SQL or Microsoft Excel (VBA and Pivot) as well as expertise with analytical tools, such as QlikView
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as solid organization and time management skills
• Business process management qualifications would be a plus
• Project Management qualifications would be a benefit
• Project management experience would be a plus
• Knowledge or certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Principles preferred.
• Previous experience in end-user training would be a plus
