Regional Manager – Stuttgart / South or Central Germany

We have a great opportunity for an experienced restaurant manager to join this successful and expanding business in Germany.

Our Client, a market leader in the food retail sector, due to growth is looking for a New Regional Manager to join them to look after the area in and around Stuttgart and the South / Central of Germany.

As the Regional Manager, you will be looking after a total of up to 20 sites in the region, with opportunities to grow your region in the future as you gain more knowledge and experience.

This exciting concept is going to continue to grow over the next few through a mix of company-owned and franchise opportunities.

Maybe you are aVERYstrong Restaurant Manager who is looking to move into their first multi-site role, or maybe you are currently looking after a smaller area and want to expand your area?

We require this person to have:

  • Excellent command of German and English
  • Experience int eh food / restaurant / retail sectors
  • Hands-on Operations experience
  • Good stakeholder management experience
  • Partnership management skills dealing with franchisees are a big plus
  • A positive outlook
  • Experience with a multicultural business

As this is a field-based role you will be travelling up to 80% of the time, soVERYstrong time management, organisational and remote management skills are needed

Offer is a salary of €40,000 - €45,000 plus Car and Annual Bonus
