仕事内容

Your tasks:

● Understand how lab work processes work across different product development and reflecting different personas (instrument development, assay development, …)

● Identify potential for improvement and standardization and prepare a long term vision for digital transformation

● Collect necessary information within the organisation to write and refine user stories with the development team

● Manage and champion the user stories with internal stakeholders

● Work with the UX team to define the best workflows

● Write acceptance criteria and review test cases

● Manage the user groups the position holder is representing within the Digital Lab project (including promoting their requests versus competing requests)

● Monitoring and reporting of the project status

● Improve on and maintain knowhow on relevant topics

Must Have:

● University degree in a science area (life-sciences, physics, computer science, or other MINT areas), at least a Master’s

● 2+ years experience as requirements engineer or product owner in an agile SW development team

● English and German Business fluent

● Ability to influence and convince stakeholders at different levels

● Ability to work in an international environment

Nice to Have:

● Project management experience

● Experience with lab organisation / automation / digitalization,

● Experience with software development in a regulated environment (GxP, MDR, or similar)
