What role will you play?
  • As a dedicated promoter, you will achieve your goals by promoting the SICAM 8 power automation platform, power automation control applications such as Dynamic Load Management (DLM) for charging infrastructure, automation for Photovoltaic Power Plants (PPC) and Microgrids (MGC)
  • You will work with our customers through sales in the various regions. You will focus on the SICAM 8 Power Automation Platform products in line with SICAM DLM/PPC/MGC
  • You will homologate SICAM 8 Power Automation control applications at our customers and/or support the regional team in doing so
  • Empower and motivate the sales team to develop and grow additional business through your professional support
  • You will proactively deliver presentations, roadshows, webinars and training to colleagues, customers and partners across a range of industries, crafting the vital documentation and concepts
  • You will work as part of a professional team of promoters and technical sales support to achieve common goals
  • You will have access to professional marketing to promote your content to customers
  • Build and independently implement promotional activities based on market transparency
  • Evaluate customer needs and requirements and support the creation of efficient applications and offers
  • You will act as an interface between market and product management, providing valuable input into product development. You will support the relevant business cases and customer-specific requirements
  • Identify and build multipliers in different regions and actively support your colleagues in growing the business
  • You will be a trusted role model for the regional managers to influence and grow the sales organisation in relation to distribution network operators, industry and infrastructure
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you have a strong affinity for sales and a high level of technical competence
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of power supply in infrastructure, especially in the field of power management of charging infrastructure, photovoltaic power plants and micro grids
  • Good understanding of the operation of medium and low voltage networks and the equipment of local substations and switchgear
  • Experience with communication via Modbus, IEC61850, IEC60870-5 is an advantage
  • Initial experience and curiosity about cloud-based solutions for this domain
  • You are motivated and creative to find efficient solutions for our customers in a highly technical environment
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in German and English and are able to convince customers and colleagues of your solutions
  • You work in a results-oriented manner and take the initiative to drive your issues forward
  • With your intercultural skills, you are used to working in an international team
  • Flexible international travel is expected (30-40%)
