We are looking for
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning of our Health IT solutions globally in full time.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing market trends relevant for product positioning
- Provide feedback from the field-based teams to foster the customer-driven development of new features and products
- Responsible for developing product messaging that differentiates new products and services from the competition others in the market
- Translating competitive and own product intelligence into sales arguments and useful sales tools
- Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
- Thought leader development and partnerships with customer groups as appropriate for the development of messaging and market education programs
- Main communication channel to customer orientated departments (marketing, academy, sales) including knowledge transfer to these groups
- Responsible for creating product content to support various Marketing Communication activities and channels
- Use market research data and product lifecycle management to determine product pricing.
- Business or Marketing degree or commensurate experience
- Previous working experience in Health IT product management and/or marketing/marketing communications
- Excellent writing skills in English and German to create product marketing content
- Technical or clinical background in Health IT
- Excellent computer MS office skills
- Fluent in english and german (speaking and writing)
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize efforts, and drive results with a strong sense of urgency and decisiveness
- Ability to influence broadly and communicate effectively at all levels
- Good analytical skills and ability to manage and work cross-functionally
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships among peers, internal partners, and external constituencies
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
