Do you want to play a major part in the growth of our Automotive Power Semiconductor products? As a Product Management Staff Specialist - High Voltage Discretes for Electromobility you will shape the future of e-mobility with power electronics enabling clean, safe and smart cars. In your role you will embrace the unique challenge of being at the heart of the revolution in the automotive industry.
In your new role, you will:
  • Definemarket introduction plan, drive market introductionand lead Go-2-Market activitiesfor discrete IGBT products in fastest growing automotive segmentation: e-mobility
  • Develop product volume& revenue forecastsand monitor financial performance
  • Define and execute a worldwide pricing guideline, support the quoting process for key players, ensure profitable growth
  • Be interface for Regional Marketingfor pricing, planning and Go-2-Market strategy
This position is suitable for full-and part-time.

As Staff Specialist you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority. Lastly, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
  • A degreein Economy, Business administration, Physics, Electrical Engineeringor comparable
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience– preferably in the field of product marketingor business development
  • Good Know-how of semiconductors, especially power electronicsis a plus
  • An energetic mindsetcombined with a structuredand self-organizedworking style
  • Willingness to visit customersand business partners worldwide
  • Very good English communicationand presentation skills
