More information at mainz.ubisoft.com.Job DescriptionAnno is a critically acclaimed and award-winning franchise, offering a rich city-building experience and providing players ample opportunity to create huge metropolises, plan efficient logistics networks, explore and settle new lands and dominate their opponents by diplomacy, trade or warfare.As a Producer on the Anno team, you will oversee the development of a project and ensure that we deliver it on time and budget, without sacrificing quality. In this role you will define the project planning from budgeting to resource allocation and deliverables, while playing a key role in building and maintaining a highly motivated team.You own the games vision, mentor and coach associate producers and project assistants, build strong relationships with your stakeholders, and collaborate closely with the entire production team to support our ambition of growing the Anno brand into a worldwide premier empire builder franchise.What you will do:

• You own the project with a focus on high quality and a player-oriented mindset
• You create roadmaps and define scope in close collaboration with your leads and present your strategy to management
• You take care of project planning and ensure a timely delivery of the project within budget and to the expected level of quality
• You represent the project in your liaison between different stakeholders, both within and outside of the development team
• You help build and extend the project team, foster productivity and motivation, and support all departments in their collaboration to help develop the best possible product
• You mentor and coach less experienced production staff

QualificationsWhat you bring:

• 4+ years of experience in game production for PC and console, with strong project management skills
• Empathetic people manager
• Strategic thinker, who is highly organized and analytical in decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ambitious but down to earth attitude while striving for excellence
