  • Technical coordination of project teams in the area of new production line concepts, new processes, planning/reviewing of production flows or manufacturing lines for backend processes (e.g., crimping, screwing, press-fitting)
  • Driving continuous improvement for new and existing manufacturing concepts together with suppliers/engineering/production/LEAN department
  • Creating and keeping the overview about industrialization status of production lines
  • Adherence to financial budget and time schedule. Monitoring and reporting equipment maturity, process & production performance KPIs
  • Independent realization of projects or their coordination for a holistic, sustainable process optimization during product launch or series production. Application of statistical methods and structured problem-solving methods. Presentation of results to the project team, in management meetings, and to external customers
  • Merging of all information related to specifications and taking over coordination for technical discussions of specifications with suppliers
  • Development of standards for process guidance and improvement. Coworking with our worldwide competence network for know-how exchange.
Your Qualification
  • Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies or equivalent
  • Several years professional experience in industrialization of series products as well as project management
  • Expertise in the field of electronics production
  • Spirit of innovation, creativity, proactive behavior and solution-oriented work style
  • Structured way of working, analytical thinking, entrepreneurship
  • Fluent business English written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 25%)
  • Very good planning and organizational capability, team spirit and ability to communicate in an international and multicultural environment
