Activity 1: Sales Order Administration 1.Duly deliver the most up-to-date sales order processing to related personnel and have them well informed. 2.Rigorously implements sales order processing procedure and work instruction with 100% accuracy. Enter manual release as close to receipt time as possible into BPCS system. 3.Ensure the sales order processing meet both internal and external customer’s 100% satisfaction through timely relentless coordination and communication. Track critical shipment and escalate issues as necessary. Activity 2: Customer Communication 1.Answer internal and external phone calls and provide prompt reaction by finding relating information, transferring to responsible sales rep., or turning to proper support from related dept. 2.Provide necessary paperwork, data sourcing and statistics support for commercial department. 3.Coordinate proactive visits to resolve open issues. 4.Communicate critical customer issues to Materials Manager and Commercial Manager. Activity 3: Check & confirm shipper q’ty/price Compared with customer purchase order 1.Print out shipper from company system (BPCS) 2.Matching customer part number with shipper 3.Check q’ty and price on shipper compare with customer purchase order 4.Confirm shipper in BPCS system and pass to Financial Activity 4: BOM Audit 1.Loading active BOM in BPCS 2.Review active and in-active item and then requests DBA to inactive in system 3.Perform BOM audit plan for active items 4.Prepare document for support BOM audit (Summary sheet/Routing/BOM Multi-level) 5.100% to audit M-BOM versus with system by daily BOM (E/S) 6.100% to audit system BOM with actual parts by daily (E/P) 7.100% to perform twice time per year 8.Report result match and mismatch to top Management 9.Follow up mismatch status and closed issue. Activity 7: Ramp up / Ramp down plan for new program and engineering change
