The ideal candidate should be able to lead complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. **How You’ll Make an Impact** - Manage high-impact strategic programs identified by our People leadership team. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create detailed project plans, track progress, identify risks, and ensure teams are working towards desired outcomes. - Drive planning and successful outcomes of core People rhythms such as monthly and quarterly reviews. Leverage your expertise to guide and lead teams in achieving agreed-upon actions. - Support effective communication and information sharing from the People leadership team to various stakeholders through key channels and meetings. **What You Need to Be Successful** - Demonstrated success in delivering complex people projects on a global scale. You should be able to transform business goals into detailed project plans and effectively manage resources and stakeholders. - Proactive in identifying and resolving risks and roadblocks. You are a problem-solver who can lead teams to overcome challenges and achieve desired results. - Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines. You can adapt processes and approaches to maximize impact. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You have experience leading cross-functional teams and can foster consensus and buy-in towards shared goals. - A data-driven and results-oriented approach.
