Your new role

• You will be responsible for setting up and ensuring pension & benefits governance and reporting processes for Yunex Traffic as a standalone business.
• You will establish a consistent global strategy and ensure that a policy is implemented in all countries which is in line with business objectives.
• You will set investment strategies for our pension plans, oversee the funding and ensure that controls are in place to minimize any financial risk to the business. Also, you put in place reporting structures and approval processes to ensure timely and efficient reporting.
• You will be responsible for pension accounting according to IFRS, including managing the interface to the global actuary.
• You will work with local pension contacts to define roles and responsibilities and ensure sufficient knowledge at a local level.
• You will be responsible for the successful transition and coordination to ensure an optimal set up of pensions & benefits landscapes after change of control.
• You will be in charge of the companies’ pension arrangements ensuring provision of an excellent pensions service to our employees.
• You will be working with local HR colleagues and coordinate with external benefit providers to offer an attractive benefits landscape to our employees and therefore also contributing to an attractive employer brand.

Your qualifications

• You hold a master’s degree in economics, business economics or mathematics.
• You have several years of experience in pension management in a global organization, with significant focus on global pensions & benefits.
• You are experienced in leading cross functional international teams to success.
• You have profound knowledge in pension accounting according to IFRS (IAS 19).
• Your communicational and consulting skills are outstanding, you drive change and adoption processes forward while keeping quality and transparency high at the same time.
• You are business fluent in English, German language skills are advantageous.
