The Role
As an Operations Architect at KONUX, you will design and oversee our operational IT system landscape to ensure all our operational customer processes run seamlessly in a scalable, automated and fully integrated manner. You will create transparency on all key metrics for the operational processes to ensure business decisions can be taken quickly and based on reliable data. You will apply your technical knowledge and expertise in the vendor selection and integration for state-of-the art tools in close collaboration with all relevant process owners in the company. You will lead the implementation of all operational tools for our operational teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the KONUX operational platform architecture to be able to run our customer services in an efficient and scalable way (incl. ERP, Monitoring, Ticketing, CRM, Inventory Management, Device Management, Configuration Management etc.)
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and the latest standards are applied
- Prioritize implementation sequence with stakeholders and promote architecture improvements by highlighting user benefits
- Provide guidance on how to leverage the latest technologies to create the most effective solutions in the operations area
- Play an active part in the continuous improvement of operational processes quality
- You will enable a clear system structure for data ownership, interfaces and system integration
- Support interface discussion between operational teams and engineering department
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant field
- 4+ years working experience in IT tool and software development area and 2 years experience driving operational architecture across multiple teams, spanning operational tools in the areas of ERP, Configuration, Monitoring, CRM, ticketing
- Proven experience interface integration of several off-the-shelf tools
- In-depth understanding of security standards and data integration from mixed sources in different domains
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) and good understanding of operational processes
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong system-level troubleshooting skills
- Experience in working with and influencing a wide variety of people and personalities globally distributed

- You do not understand the techniques of IT service management and their processes
- You don’t like to be hands-on when it comes to the integration of different systems
- You don’t speak English fluently
- You don’t like to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
