Office Manager

Global Private Equity Firm - Frankfurt

A reputable, well-established global private equity firm is seeking an Office Manager to look after the day to day operations and facilities of their Frankfurt office to ensure the workplace is operating to its optimum level for employees and guests.

You should have a background of being an Office Manager who has worked for a global firm, ideally within financial or professional services. This firm has an incredibly inclusive global culture, and you will work closely with the office managers based across the UK and European offices.

THE ROLE

The key duties will include but are by no means limited to the following;

  • Day-to-day office management
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • End-to-end management of the front of house team, implementing best practice
  • Mentoring the team and identifying any training needs
  • Events and organisation of company off-sites
  • Be the central point of contact to UK and European offices

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of being a strong Office Manager, ideally with some leadership responsibility
  • Background working for a global firm, ideally financial or professional services
  • Great communication skills - fluent German and professional level English essential
  • Proactive and a ‘can do attitude’
  • Emotional intelligence, active listening skills and a warm credible style
  • An innovative approach
