ML-Ops software developer / data scientist for computer vision (m/f/d)

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

To further strengthen our position among the leading companies in the automotive industry, we are expanding our Research & Development Center at the European headquarter in Frankfurt in order to meet local customer requirements even better. To take care of diversified and challenging tasks with an attractive career perspective, we are looking for a new team member in our Camera Team.
Your profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field
• At least 3 years professional experience in software development (Python, C++, and/or C)
• Excellent knowledge of Python, git, unit testing frameworks, continuous integration, and linux
• Hands on experience with data analysis, machine learning, neural networks, docker and Kubernetes
• Strong technical communication skills in English
• Self-motivation and willingness to dive into complicated data engineering challenges

Your tasks

• Implement infrastructure for our internal active learning framework, enabling rapid model re-training and evaluation at scale
• Collaborate with ML and Data teams to refine state-of-the-art models
• Assist the ML team in development of automated edge case and failure analysis
• Take a leadership role in ensuring software quality via continuous integration and unit testing
• Track existing solutions and manage collaborations with third parties
