Tasks

As Marketing Manager, you’ll join a world-class, cross-functional team who is building an innovative conversational commerce platform. You will play a vital part in telling our story and building a growth engine. In your position, you will closely work with the founders on key strategic initiatives and the operational execution.

  • You will be responsible for identifying growth strategies and implementing these in a pragmatic and creative way
  • You will use your creativity to tell our story and measuring its visibility on all relevant channels
  • You will support our sales team in customer acquisition through account-based marketing and the optimization of CRM-based automations
  • You will look after all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and customer retention
  • You will track and report on operational performance and push for continuous improvements
  • You will live out an entrepreneurial spirit through your own initiatives
Requirements

  • Ability to simplify, communicate, and sell ideas to multiple groups of stakeholders, with a relentless enthusiasm to over-deliver on targets and expectations
  • You have a self-starter mentality and a hands on working style
  • Fast, analytical, structured, and creative thinking style
  • Reliable, precise, and proactive working mode
  • Excellent knowledge of all relevant tools to get the job done
  • Ready for a once in a lifetime opportunity
  • Exceptional German and English communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well
  • Plus: You are an exceptional copywriter, have profound knowledge of SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing
