Lead DevOps Engineer (f/m/x)

• build and shape a DevOps mindset through a central team and a model of distributed DevOps champions in the application teams
• define and propagate best practices around microservice architecture, CI/CD processes (build, test, deploy), secrets and access management
• support the design, build, and maintain central tools and services used by all application teams
• implement and enforce a high level of security and regulatory compliance of the setup and use of our platforms
• automate manual work and guarantees reproducibility, quality, and traceability across all development processes
• act as bridge between SRE and development teams for shaping our platform on an hybrid on-premise and cloud infrastructure

• become part of a motivated IT Operations Team and help us take the Data4Life infrastructure to the next level while having a direct impact on our digital health solution
• manage and mentor a diverse and highly motivated team of engineers
• build the team road map and ensure its successful and efficient implementation
• contribute to defining goals and priorities within IT Operations and Engineering
• support the creation and analysis of architectural and process proposals
• work closely with development teams and the SRE team while being their main connection point
• support the definition of security standards and best practices
• review and implement regulatory and business requirements

• Extensive experience in DevOps or SRE roles
• You have experience leading a project or team directly and enjoy taking on this responsibility
• Exceptional communication skills
• You are familiar with at least one programming language and willing to learn Go quickly
• You understand and preferably have experience working on both cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• You are familiar with Linux and Bash and have used many other technologies like
• Jenkins
