We are recruiting a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) for a 2 years fixed contractto join an established, yet growing Global Marketing Communications Department. The Project Manager is responsible for coordination and development of internal and external communication activities, supporting the development and execution of campaigns and maintaining internal communication platforms.

Scope of your role
  • Support development and execution of global internal and external campaigns
  • Maintenance and development of internal communication tools, including our intranet platform
  • Development of various media including brochures, banners and graphics
  • Support marketing communications contacts around the globe with their local communications activities
  • Work closely with colleagues in the Global Marketing Communications team

Your Qualifications
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
  • Specialist know-how in the marketing communications area
  • Experience in leading external partners (agencies, designers, etc.)
  • Experience from a marketing agency or alternatively from the marketing department of an industrial company would be an asset
  • Excellent know-how of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Image editing skills (Adobe Photoshop or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Eye for design
  • Web literate
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent English and German
  • Affinity for a technical B2B environment
