Every year, more than 20% of retail goods are returned or simply never sell. This creates billions of costs for retailers and tons of unnecessary waste for the environment. Our mission is to make retail more sustainable by optimizing returns and overstock management; we turn waste into sustainable profits. To accomplish this, we built an innovative system throughout the whole reverse supply chain to resell returns and overstock to new customers and consumers, redirecting every item to its next best home!

Tasks

The primary focus of this role will be the implementation of Rebolet’s operational and logistic processes over mid to long-term, working in close cooperation with other departments as well as overseeing the operations through performance metrics and KPIs.

Further duties would include ensuring coordinated processes across the supply chain and in between other departments as well as identifying further operational development opportunities. Additionally, the role may involve the building, training and overseeing of various teams with the goal of achieving the company’s long-term vision.

Requirements
  • Native / professional working proficiency in German and English is required.
  • +3 years of experience in an equivalent role in the areas of operations, logistics and or supply chain management.
  • Additional experience in the ecommerce, re-commerce and fulfillment industries are a plus.
  • Location: Berlin.
